I needed help with a urgent move due to domestic abuse . I was treated with worse abuse from their representative i spoke to. Her words were I can only sign post you, I cannot hold your hand. I will ring you next week to find out how you are progressing. I decided not to engage with her again. I am still awaiting appointment for damage to be repaired on my property. I am vulnerable and at high risk. Please 🙏 anyone who in a position I am in think before reporting. They are wasting funding employing these domestic adviser. If the repairs are not done I cant get an exchange .

Change of name does not mean a change in in awful service. Tenant care is non existent. Key workers lie on a regular basis. Neighbours are asked and employed to watch other neighbours, even phone hacking is acceptable for victory homes.
What does it take to get a move?
A bomb going off in the front garden?
Attacks on you at your home?
Criminals wanting to use your home for drug production?
Threats of burning your house down?
What does it take for victory housing to actually listen?
Oh, I may add accepting offers on occupied properties! This has caused me untold grief.
I am disgusted by victory housing and their business ethics. There is many staff that needs replacing.
Victory housing is not a housing association I could recommend in the slightest. Even if you are desperate, hold out for a broadband property.

Blocked drain in my badly disabled daughters place. I explained the situation twice on phone and 1 email. Send another email so I'm hoping they will do something. The lack of care and concern is worrying. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks. I have to bail out the drain every time washing machine empties, surely water backing up the drain pipes into the house is a health hazard.

I am giving five stars due to Diane. She went absolutely above and beyond for me at a particularly turbulent time. Empathy and kindness is so critically needed with the world being so difficult currently and Diane is truly an absolute exemplary asset to the company.
Most of the staff members I have conversed with in the past 8 years have been friendly and accommodating but Diane is truly a cut above the rest and is the reason for the five stars.
Every company should have a Diane to ensure customer satisfaction, productivity, personability and smooth collaboration between customers and departments. A true asset, with a pure heart of which the world needs more of, incredibly efficient with a multitude of tasks completed within a short period. Thank you Diane.

Awful, had a huge problems with my abusive neighbour they did nothing to help, the police were much more helpful. They tried to take away part of my garden as “communal” that I have used for 6 years and all they want is money. I’ve fenced it off now and the grounds people removed it from their list which hopefully resolved. Communication is terrible and the housing officer was rude and sarcastic.

One star because there isn't an option of giving zero. My only downstairs sink is blocked, I called Victory Homes to get someone out only to be told they won't attend in the first instance. I currently have no kitchen and the blocked sink is my only access to water downstairs, which is in a room that's had a leaking roof for over a year without being fixed, full of black mold. I have workmen in all day so not sure when I'm supposed to be able to get drain unblocker so am now living with a sink about to over flow in a very cramped place stacked high with the contents from my kitchen. Maybe if they stopped wasting money changing their name and rebranding every 5 minutes tenants wouldn't be forced to live in such squalid conditions.

Contacted victory housing over residential parking at Beech Close Gimingham.Due to the fact a holiday let on church street, has informed his paying guests that they can park on our car park.
There is not enough parking for all the residents as it is, let alone any other cars.
I own a parking space, though they are not numbered and would say most of the time I come from work and have nowhere to park.
Victory housing have done nothing about this matter and haven't had the decency to reply back. I would say unbelievable, but it's not.
