If there was zero option for stars I would have gone for minus 10...This Nursing Home does don't deserve to be looking after vulnerable adults with mental health and other complex needs. The Owner Bhorat Raghu has no respect for people who work for him, not even the residents that are bringing millions to his pocket. This man is happy to use nurses and carers as slaves. The government needs to be called to investigate Mordern Day Slavery that is happening in this home. The Owner is happy for agencies to be called, attend and work then disputes paying so he can line his pockets with profits from NHS, Social Services and those who pay for themselves. CQC please check out this company's financial standing. People are being mistreated at this home. The manager does her duty as manager, but this man does not understand what a manager's role and accountabilities are. Please people stop placing your loved ones in this home...What makes this owner happy when someone works and refuses to pay for service . This Morden Day Slavery.......CQC, you have BIG JOB here......This care home deserves to be closed.....the care of residents is appalling...He is happy for his staff to work as short staffed, when he uses people from agencies he refuses to pay. Does not deserve a star at all... Resident's bottoms are wipped with harsh and green hand drying paper. No wet wipes or tissues..I wonder where CQC is....The Owner is rude and abrupt, does not appreciate any employee at all. If you are any agency, stay well clear, they won't pay for services....provided...
