Calypso coffee, is one of the most obliging and helpful company's I have ever dealt with, I have dealt with them for the past couple of years and they have always been reliable, and the products they sell are very good quality . The after sales on their machines is also excellent and any problems I have had has always been dealt with promptly and efficiently, I cannot recommend them enough.

We have used Calypso Coffee for the past two years and they have proved to be a fantastic coffee supplier. They are a local company, who give us great service and supply us with Lavazza coffee. We currently have three espresso machine leased from Calypso and if we have any issues they are very quick to attend. They are nice people to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend.

Been with this company for the last 2 years. The service and support offered goes far beyond any expectations I may have had. Calypso are always at the end of the phone to advise, re stock at short notice, service equipment, staff training, it is a service that by far out does any competitors. I for one would rather deal with a company that can attend immediately, not put you on a 48hr waiting list when you are running a fast paced and busy cafe. Amazing service i was.reccomended to calypso from secret.norwich reccomends and they certainly didnt fail me .my machine is like new the gentleman was so helpful i would definately use these guys again x

Absolutely awful company, never turn up on time, they are rude to there customers, I would never recommend them to anyone. Receptionist is even rude when you call up to ask for anything, if you question them anything they put the phone down and are rude. Never again. ! Not going to give my money to a company like this that slander customers.

I have used Caylpso coffee company for nearly 5 years. In all that time I can not fault the professional way in which they conduct themselves. Starting with the receptionist she always goes out of her way to help every time I place an order. She has even been known to drop an item I’ve run out of on her way home. The delivery driver is an absolute star, never late always efficient. The technician always comes to my rescue whenever I’ve blocked something in my machine. The owner set me all up in the first place and his help was invaluable. I often get others in after my custom but I would not use anyone else. Keep up your outstanding performance everyone and thank you for all your help.
