I've had three lots of white goods delivered recently from the North Walsham shop each time the transaction was dealt with impeccably from stepping through the front door of the shop till installation in my home couldn't ask for more. Begs the question why hadn't I used my local shop more. Oh and one item they rang me and said could they deliver and install a day early. Thanks guys.

We had trouble with our Freesat signal. I booked an appointment with Postle for their aerial engineer to investigate the fault. John the engineer arrived on time and was very thorough tracing and rectifying the faults. We live in a residential park lodge and one of the faults required John to crawl under the lodge which he did without hesitation to rectify one of the faults. Needless to say when he came out from under the lodge he was covered in thick dust but he was happy that he had rectified all the problems . We are so thankful to John for sorting out the faults , he is a one off ! !

I called 19th December as my fridge freezer packed in; Getting one before Christmas should've been a nightmare, and elsewhere it would've been. Not with these people, it's now lunchtime on 21st December, my fridge freezer is sorted in my kitchen. They were the same price as everyone else, didn't charge delivery, and more importantly my money went to a local business, and not some faceless corporation. Can't praise Postle of North Walsham enough it was a joy to deal with them. A team of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people who made our purchases painfree even when problems appeared they sorted then immediately without any fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to visit here again.
