Friendly drivers and company. Highly recommend!

Had a last minute urgent need for an early morning cab for a hospital appointment. Sam could not have been more helpful, excellent communications, on time and courteous. Brilliant service and highly recommended. 👍

Really friendly when taking my booking over the phone! This was a relief after having called two other companies who both quite rudely declined to take an early morning (6:30am) booking. The driver showed up on time, both when picking me up early in the morning and again on my return trip in the evening. He was really friendly and easy to chat to, the car was clean and tidy; overall a very comfortable trip! Highly recommended!

We used Elite Cabs to take 6 of us by minibus from Walcott to Earlham Park on Saturday 28/5, with a return later that night. Have to say the service was excellent, both arrived bang on time, very clean minibus and very friendly drivers (nephew and uncle respectively - sorry, can’t remember their names) at a very reasonable price. Would strongly recommend them based on our experience and will definitely use them again. Thanks guys !

I just wanted to update my review - since not turning up - i have reused Elite a number of times and they have been massively reliable and helpful - many thanks elite - one of the few taxi services in North Walsham that you can rely on

First time here, and THIS IS THE ONLY TAXI we managed to get, cause we called 3 different taxi companies and they all refused to take us to The Cliff TOP In apart of ELITE. The guy was very friendly and suggested places to visit whilst we are here. Thank you! He also said “ I never seen anyone so exited ( we arrived to the Sea )”

My wife booked a taxi last night from Norwich with Elite at midnight... They failed to arrive after waiting 30 minutes , causing much distress to my wife as she had to queue in a taxi rank with unpleasant incidents and finally arrived home at 3am... I only found out about this when i returned from my night shift factory job at 8am... Will be calling licencing at North Norfolk District council first thing monday morning

Disgusting behaviour from one of their drivers. Overtake and get the full w......r sign when he was doing 30 in a 50 I would book other way better taxi firms in North Walsham

Called them at 20:30 on a Saturday night hoping to get my family back to their village, took them 10 minutes to get to us and got charged a really decent amount. The driver was a really nice guy and made my family feel safe and relaxed. If you want a taxi then get an elite taxi because they are brilliant.

Did not show. Partner called and said that they had asked nje to do it. Neither showed! Luckily i could organise a lift but totally unacceptable!
