We thoroughly recommend Graeme Turner, from the time of the visit to estimate work, to the completion of whole house windows & doors being replaced. Work carried out by excellent friendly team, with good quality windows & doors etc. A couple of minor manufacturing issues, which Graeme had no control over, are being dealt with immediately. I must say from start to finish the service we received from graeme was first class he replaced our upvc front door for an endurance door and was very polite professional and offered a great competitive price. Graeme and the team were fantastic at advising and fitting our new door. Our previous door had minimal protection with a single lock. The letter box was weak where driving rain would come through it. The door was always cold and draughty. Our new endurance door is amazing. It is strong and sturdy and the lock is so much more effective. It keeps the front of our house warm and we don’t feel any draughts. Graeme had so much choice and was able to show us what the door would look like at the front of our house which really helped us decide. He also went out of his way to fit the door at a time that suited us and was always so prompt in contacting us! Thank you so much!

The composite door was fitted by Adrian on 30 November. He had not been briefed about the phone wires round the frame and sent me to buy trunking from B and Q to encase them, which he said Graeme would refund (this had to be debated later as Graeme was loathe to refund the cost, I have since been told that phone wires over a doorway should be fitted in firesafe trunking). I called Graeme after the fitting and said that the door did not close easily, he said it would take 2 weeks to 'settle' (I asked Endurance who said this is not correct, the door does not 'settle'). Graeme eventually came to adjust the plate on the frame on 23 December and said it closed fine and no further adjustments could be made. I contacted Endurance who advised Graeme to adjust the hinges. This was done on 7 January and resolved the problems. The door still needs a firm push for closing which would not suit anyone frail or elderly. I also had issues with the key getting stuck in the lock but Graeme dos not fix problems related to the lock so I bought and applied Graphite powder myself. It would have been helpful to have been advised about this and shown how to do this most effectively. The white plastic frame has some yellow staining. Service: General door installation

Great service and value. Graeme replaced our pedestrian garage door with the work completed to a high standard. He kept us updated around when the job would be completed and we were very pleased with the result. So much so we have booked for some additional work to be completed. I would definitely recommend.
