The service I received today was acceptional... I needed Golden Marzipan, it had come in and quickly sold out , but one particular member of staff looked out "the back ", found some and ran out to catch me driving out of the car park ...above and beyond...exceptional staff ..Merry Christmas..!!..

Very Poor service in-store which made me feel humiliated has left me with a bad taste in my mouth, So unfortunately I have no other option now to shop elsewhere. Customer services for Waitrose just as poor. Avoid

Good..quiet...lots of space....not much fish ( we could almost jump in the sea from the car park !)....too much alcohol...(maybe a fish substitute ?)...expensive flowers...very good knowledgable staff...9 out of 100

Love Waitrose. OK, it isn't cheap, but I think it provides excellent value for money. The people who work here are really friendly and helpful too!

Inside is very clean and a very welcoming experience, nice looking cafe with lots of choices The outside however is bad, letters have rusted down the building and is in dire need of a repair. Surprised at this with Waitrose’s Quality

A very nice waitrose to shop in! Looks new and big but not too overwhelmingly big. Also friendly partners too. Passed by whilst visiting Norfolk from down south.

Clean fresh well stocked, wifi and tearoom. Perfect Back again this year and have to point out how much the staff training is evident. Very courteous and extremely helpful when asked for assistance. You can see the difference in quality. Great place.

Quality and lots of choice, wine is very good very helpful member of staff to help if necessary, all round good shopping experience.

Waitrose has its business model just right, the staff are polite and very helpful. The ambiance is relaxed and welcoming. It's not cheap but you don't go to the Ritz for afternoon tea if you want to spend the same as you'd pay at Fred's cafe. The choice of wines is amazing and a offer is free if you are a card member.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. However, I have to point out that there is ALWAYS one truck taking one of of electric car charging spaces. The charging point accommodates two cars to be charged at the same time, but because one space is always taken partially, the charging point can only allow one car to charge.
